False advertising and poor service
Firstly, they advertise next day return of your clothes but it never actually gets delivered as "the facility needed more time to process the order", so essentially this is false advertising and I will be reporting as such.
Secondly they send out tracking links which work for a bit to give the impression the order is out even when it's not.
I also asked for my clothes to be returned even if they weren't completed as I needed to use them as I could've washed them or taken them somewhere else but they refused to do that so great customer service there. I had to go out and purchase a new suit because of that.
Finally their staff are incredibly rude on the chat service and the time taken to response is again not what is advertised and there is no way to call anyone. I will not be using this service again as the first time this happened I thought it was a one off but not it happened again...
Had to SUE them to get my clothes back
Laundrapp collected a bunch of my shirts to wash. They then missed the re-delivery saying something about no drivers in the area. Over more than three weeks later, still no clothes. I had to go to the small claims court and file a claim for the cost of replacing all the shirts before finally, a few days later my shirts were returned. Needless to say, I will never trade with Laundrapp again. Any company that needs to be taken to court to return my own clothes to me is sadly not fit for purpose. I would respectfully ask that they cease trading.
Laundrapp refunded me for the cost of my order (understandable, given the performance) but I never got the cost of my small court claim so it cost me something like £70 to retrieve my own property from them.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. I sent 4 king size bundles. Within the bundle you are allowed 1 duvet, 1 sheet and 4 pillowcases.
3 of my bundles had 2 pillowcases and one bundle had 3. Total 9. I got an email saying I had an extra pillowcase. Sent an email saying actually I have 7 less than allowed and after 2 days of backwards and forwards emails and trying to call... I got nowhere. No refund for the 'extra' pillowcase. No phone call. So unbelievably frustrating. Very sad as they used to be great. I'm never using them again. Appalling customer service

Such a great service
Such a great service. Always on time with collections and deliveries. Very polite staff and normally the same person collects and delivers back.
I would highly recommend Laundrapp to anyone.

Not Reliable
Made a booking online for a number of items to be collected, washed and dried and then returned.
The person who was supposed to collect the items never turned up. I was not contacted to say they wouldn't or couldn't come.
I have been unable to contact the company by phone, email or online chat, so it's all been a complete waste of time and effort. I specifically took a day off work in order to use the service. I find it amusing that they fine you if you cancel or reschedule the booking with less than 2 hours notice, but its impossible to contact them when something goes wrong.
My advice - don't bother! I won't be trying to use them again.
UPDATE: They did eventually email to day the driver was running a bit late (possibly 5 hours late!). If the driver does ever turn up I'll update this review.
UPDATE: Well surprise surprise, the driver did turn up after all!

Terrible service recently
I used to be a loyal customer of zipjet and they were brilliant. They then merged with laundrapp and apart from initial teething problems I think they have been okay. But recently they are merging/merged with Laundryheap and have had heaps of issues. I can see previous issues as well where they have delayed orders and the same happened with me. (This is obviously after many minor issues with previous orders that I am not getting into but this particular most recent one) I was to get an order back on a Monday AFTER it being picked up on a Friday and finally after emailing / WhatsApping and no one responding I was told Wednesday is the earliest so they had my items for 5 days and provided me with a measly 20 percent discount t which they have previously given me for a driver being an hour or so late. How is it the same level of issue??? I had gone back to them as well. Mind you the excuse for the delay was one of the shirts needed more cleaning. When I asked for a picture of it or said they should have asked me first if I wanted the rest of the shirts at least given it was urgent and they had it for so long they said that’s not the procedure / didn’t give me any further details of the shirt that needed cleaning and proceeded to only return the shirts on the Wednesday. This went to the customer manager (Robyn) as well and he just repeated what the customer service had said. Didn’t do anything extra or bother. Useless. And I have had plenty of issues with Laundryheap previously so will definitely not be taking my business there. For the quality of the clean / response time and NONE of these companies have a phone line. WhatsApp for laundrapp no one answers / nor the chat till 24 hours after then they ll say we don’t deliver on x y z date etc etc. Issues are endless. Really need a GOOD company that does laundry / dry cleaning.

Laundrapp is a disaster!
What happened to Laundrapp??? Service is now a complete disaster. I keep getting "payment failure" emails even though I've used the same card for years and it works everywhere else. The mobile app doesn’t allow me to change card details.
Need my clothes for a business trip but unable to reach anyone on their customer service channels. Wonder if they've gone out of business?
Now fourth consecutive failure
Now fourth consecutive failure - had an email from customer service assuring me order would be marked as important and would be redelivered but at 1am email received saying redelivery cancelled because items not ready ! (Laundrapp have had them for 6 days). No redelivery available at a convenient time until next week. This is criminal behaviour. Theft and incompetence.

Excellent service
Excellent service, always on time and competitive prices.
A COMPLETE DISASTER!
Service is nothing short of a disaster. Deliveries have become totally unreliable. The app is besieged with bugs (scheduling, changing payment cards, etc). Customer service is generally unreachable. Most recently I had to reschedule a delivery 3x mentioning specifically that I was in dire straights to receive my laundry back ahead of a business trip. To no avail. Despite the reassurances by a member of the team over Whatsapp (the only way ANYONE replied) the delivery failed and I was left without my items. Unacceptable!
GUYS I WANT MY STUFF BACK ASAP AND THAT'LL BE THE LAST TIME I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE! I was previously a loyal customer since the days of ZipJet but you have truly cocked this one up by not being capable to run the business. The reviews speak volumes about me not being the only one with these issues.

The most appalling service I have ever…
The most appalling service I have ever received. When an order is confirmed, they send an email to verify payment - if you don't do this in 20 mins, your card is blocked. I didn't realise this happened and they cancelled my delivery and held my clothes. I spoke to customer service and once the issues was understood, followed their advice to pay by bank transfer and provided evidence of this. However they have continued to cancel the delivery and hold my clothes. Despite continuing to try and get in touch with customer service via email - I have had no response. No functioning telephone / live chat. This is theft. I will never use them again.

I would like my shirts back please
I would like my shirts back please! Customer service is uncontactable and they keep cancelling my delivery because my payment card is not working - except when I try to update my payment card details in the app, it keeps freezing and not updating. A complete disaster of a Company!
